So the hardest thing for me with having a baby is losing the weight after. I was still
trying to lose the weight after having Cooper (which I guess was technically not baby weight anymore). :) There's not much time in the day to put into exercise. So I have had to take the time I do have and make it worth while. My dear friend Kelli gave me some suggestions on DVD work outs. I have been doing those daily. Lots of work but just 20 minutes. I am actually drinking lots of water now, which most of you know is HUGE for me. So what I want to know is how do "you" lose weight? What are your secrets? HELP! :)

As you know...I'm trying to figure this out too! I will say that all those people that say that breastfeeding and chasing after a toddler takes the weight off....were lying!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHey Cara, It takes me a full year to even fit in some of my clothes from before I got pregnant. So I totally feel your pain. I have to walk or run and do exercise because I eat like I'm still 16. =( I think if I would just adjust my diet, I might actually lose a pound. I love your blog!
