Just Checking!

So..I am curious if anyone requested the Free Pantene I posted about a few weeks ago? I got mine in the mail today. It's a full size and came with 3 $2.00 off coupons. Even better, now i can go get the Conditioner w/my coupon! :)
I know it's like a $4.00 bottle of shampoo but there is something exciting about getting little treats in the mail at least once a month..usually more :).
So if you did request the shampoo and haven't received it..it's probably on it's way!

Trip to Gam's!

So we made a trip to Gammy's house a few weeks ago. I am just now getting around to even looking at the pictures. I was a big time slacker on picture taking this time. Clay is the photographer in our family and he wasn't able to make this trip.
We tried to do something with the boys everyday. We made a trip to Chucke Cheese which was a lot of fun and work! Cooper got stuck in the slide and a little girl had to carry him down. But, he did have a blast. Cohen rode everything, he was in heaven with that. And lastly we celebrated Mom's Birthday at Krispy Kreme and Cooper even sang Happy Birthday to Mom..well everyday we were there :).
We made a trip to see Grandma too! We had quite the experience with a fire in the yard next door. To make the story short we had to call 911 and when the fire was out Cooper got to go hang out with the firemen and see the firetruck! They were going to let him climb in the truck but he was intimidated by that. He did come home with a cute little Souvenir from the sweet firemen.

We are Still Alive!

So I haven't given up on blogging..life has just been a little well.. hectic these days. As most of you know we are now pregnant with baby #3! I am as surprised as most of you. I never thought I would have three babies..and yes they will all still be pretty much babies :). Saturday will be the 11th week..and I was able to hear the heartbeat this week. It's always the most amazing thing to hear that heart beating!! We are both happy and nervous at the same time. I have had the worst morning sickness I have ever had, but luckily I "think" the worst of that is over. I haven't been able to take the boys to do as much lately just because of that. And..they both had Croup, which I think is what I have now. Clay has had the stomach bug and the effects of croup too! So we have just been a sick bunch in this house!! I just pray that we all feel better by the weekend. I have some major catching up to do on house cleaning and grocery shopping!
We did manage to take the boys to the zoo last weekend. We had to get out on such a beautiful day! Cooper was so excited about seeing the "zebas" and "raffs." We all rode the train together and saw as many animals as we could fit into this trip! I am also adding more pictures to Cooper's website. www.coopermccoy.com

Valentine's Day!

We had a very fun and special Valentine's Day weekend! Parents night at the YMCA was Saturday night. So Cooper had a pizza party and fun and games. Clay, Cohen and I went to the Outback for our Valentine's Day dinner. We had to wait a little over an hour but Cohen was a trooper. I was very impressed how well he did throughout dinner.
I waited to give the boys their Valentine's gifts until after Church so Cooper wouldn't be sugared up for his Sunday School teacher! There were just a few little goodies in their buckets but of course Cooper's favorite thing was candy! :)

Snow Day!!

We finally got some snow! It was just beautiful to watch. When the snow started coming down i didn't think it would stick but it finally did. It snowed from morning until about 6:00 in the evening. I bundled the boys up after lunch and took them out. Cooper enjoyed the snow, but really just did his typical stuff with his bikes and balls. After about 20 minutes he wanted to go in and get warm! :) Daddy came home early from work and was so excited to get everyone out there to play. So we had a snowboard and a boogie board out there to play with. The snowboard worked best. I even took one ride down our little hill. Clay took Cooper out in the woods on their trail and they snowboarded down that too! :)
The dogs had just as much fun! Switch made snow angels and Mobie chased snowballs!

Missing in Action

So..I have been really slacking on posting lately. The boys have really been keeping me on my toes . I think Cooper is tired of being inside so much.. he would love to be out with all of his balls and bikes. Clay bundles him up and takes him on hikes on the weekends though. I wish I could do that. I just don't feel comfortable getting Cohen out in this cold weather. Cohen is still not crawling but rolling everywhere and really wants to pull up. I don't think it will be much longer. He has said his first word. Yep..it's DA DA DA. At least I had Cooper say Momma first :).

Mom came for a visit this week and helped me out a LOT! I scheduled all of the appts. I could think of so I had help. Cohen had his 8 month check up today! Doc says he is great. He is now 23 lbs and 10oz (95 percentile) and 28 inches long (90 percentile). Growing like a weed but has slowed down a little.

Cooper is now registered for pre school. He will be starting at our church 2 days a week. I am happy for him and all of his new experiences. And for myself, to have a little time to get a few things done. :)

I will try to post some pictures soon, I have honestly not even looked at the pictures we have taken in about a month, that is so sad.
